ECOSYSTEM PARTNER PROGRAMME

Introduce an AI Project, Fund Your Programme

Associations, accelerators and programme managers see AI problems long before a vendor does. The One X Ecosystem Partner Programme turns those introductions into funded projects for your members and non-dues revenue for your organisation. Every fee is disclosed, invoiced, and paid to the organisation.

THE OFFER

Value on Both Sides of the Introduction

An introduction should be worth making even when no project follows. This one is.

What the Introduced Organisation Gets

A complimentary Accelerate™ AI Innovation Kickstart, a tailored AI design concept showing exactly how AI fits their daily work, plus a credit against phase one of any project that follows.

What Your Organisation Gets

A referral fee on year-one project value, invoiced by your organisation and paid to your organisation. Take it as revenue, or direct it straight into your member programming.

The Organisation You Introduce Never Pays More

Referral fees are paid out of our margin, not added to anyone’s price. A referred organisation pays the same rate as any other client, and after the phase-one credit it pays less. If that were not true, this would not be a programme worth running.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for Associations, Accelerators and Programme Teams

Same programme, described in the language your own governance already uses.

Associations & Chambers

Turn member introductions into non-dues revenue, the same royalty model your board already approves for affinity and endorsed provider partnerships.

Accelerators & Incubators

Fund cohort programming from projects your portfolio companies were going to run anyway, with a free AI design concept for every company you introduce.

Programme & Innovation Managers

Give the organisations you support a real path from AI ambition to production, with the funding flowing to your host organisation rather than to you.

Consultancies & Agencies

Bring us the engineering, data or AI scope you do not deliver in house, stay in the room, and earn a partner fee on the work we deliver together.

TIERS

Three Ways to Partner, One Set of Rules

Fees scale with how far you stay involved. Every tier carries the same safeguards, disclosure and exclusions.

Year-one project value means the net professional fees we invoice and collect in the first twelve months, excluding taxes, third-party pass-through costs, hardware and licences. Full definition in the programme terms.

HOW IT WORKS

From Introduction to Production, Documented at Every Step

Five steps, each one leaving a record. This is what makes the programme straightforward to explain to a compliance officer.

STEP 01

Register the Introduction

Tell us who you are introducing and what problem they are trying to solve. Registration is what establishes attribution, so it happens before the conversation, never after.

STEP 02

They Receive a Complimentary Design Concept

The organisation you introduced goes through Accelerate™ and receives a tailored AI design concept. This happens whether or not a project ever follows, so your introduction carries value from the first meeting.

STEP 03

Scoping and Proposal, With Written Disclosure

If they want to proceed, we scope the work. Every proposal to a referred organisation names you as the referring partner and states plainly that a referral fee applies. They acknowledge it before anything is signed.

STEP 04

Contract Signed and the Project Delivers

Standard One X terms, standard One X pricing. The referral changes nothing about what the client pays or how the work is run.

STEP 05

Your Organisation Invoices, Payment Follows

Once the client has paid us, your organisation raises an invoice and we settle it within 30 days. Paid to a corporate account, against a signed agreement, with a full paper trail.

GOVERNANCE

Built on Written Disclosure and Documented Consent

A referral fee is legitimate when it is paid to an organisation, disclosed in writing, and kept away from the buying decision. All three are structural here, not promises.

Organisation-Level Payment Only

Fees are invoiced by your organisation and paid to a corporate account under a signed agreement. No personal payments, no cash, no gifts, no exceptions.

Disclosed in Writing, Every Time

Every proposal to a referred organisation names the referring partner and states that a referral fee applies. They acknowledge the disclosure before contract.

No Decision-Makers

Anyone who sits on the evaluation, procurement or approval of an engagement is excluded from earning on it. Attested at application and reconfirmed per introduction.

The Client Never Pays More

Fees come out of our margin. A referred organisation pays standard rates, and after the phase-one credit it pays less than it otherwise would.

Public Money Out of Scope

No public officials, no government bodies, no publicly funded procurement, and no regulated fiduciary contexts. On grant supported work the cash fee is waived automatically.

Written Terms, Openly Published

The full programme terms are on this site, not behind a login. Fee calculation, attribution, exclusions and clawback are all stated in plain language.

EXCLUSIONS

Where the Programme Does Not Apply

Some introductions should never carry a fee. Rather than handle these case by case, we exclude them outright:

  • Any public official, civil servant, or employee of a government body or statutory board.
  • Any procurement funded in whole or in part by public money, including grant supported engagements.
  • Anyone holding decision-making, evaluation or procurement authority over the engagement being introduced.
  • Anyone acting in a regulated fiduciary or advisory capacity where accepting a fee would breach their duty.
  • Anyone whose employer has not agreed to their organisation participating in this programme.

Grant Supported Projects

One X Group actively helps clients access Singapore grant support such as EDG and PSG. Where an engagement is grant supported or otherwise publicly funded, the cash referral fee is waived automatically. The introduced organisation still receives its complimentary design concept and phase-one credit, and the partner may still be recognised in the programme. We would rather forgo the fee than put a partner in an awkward position.

FAQ

Questions Your Board Will Ask

The awkward ones, answered directly. If yours is not here, ask us on the application.

APPLY

Bring Us the Project That Needs to Start

Tell us about your organisation and the introductions you are positioned to make. We review every application and respond within 3 business days.

Every application gets a real review.

We check fit, jurisdiction and eligibility before anyone signs anything, and we will tell you plainly if the programme is wrong for your organisation.

A signed agreement before any introduction.

Approved partners receive an introducer agreement setting out fees, attribution, disclosure and exclusions. Nothing runs on a handshake.

Your attestations are kept on record.

The declarations you make below form part of your partner file. They exist to protect your organisation as much as ours.

How should referral fees be directed?
Programme declarations

These declarations are kept on your partner file. They exist to protect your organisation as much as ours, and all five are required.

By applying you agree to the Ecosystem Partner Programme Terms and to receive communications from One X Group about the programme, as described in our Privacy Policy. Applying does not create a partnership. No introduction is registered and no fee is earned until a signed agreement is in place.
